Shipping Insurance Claim
In order to file a shipping insurance claim, the following criteria must be met:
Your package must be idle (meaning no updates from USPS or UPS) for 10 days.
If your package shows delivered and you cannot find it, you will need to contact your local post office and inquire to the delivery location. If it is confirmed that it was in fact delivered to the correct address, you must then file a police report in order to have your package replaced.
If your package is damaged, you must provide pictures of said damage. Not just of the envelope but the contents also.
To file a claim, please provide the above information in an email to email@example.com. We will respond within 48 hours of email receipt. We reserve the right to refuse to refund/replace if we feel the above criteria is not met.
We will replace orders if allowable by inventory status, before a refund is offered. If we cannot replace your order with similar inventory (meaning a dtf transfer in the place of a screen print transfer), we will offer a refund for said item.
